"In the year 1952, 47 pupils secured passes in the School Certificate Examination – two pupils obtained Grade I, 15 Grade II and 30 Grade III. In 1953, 29 boys obtained School Certificates – 2 were awarded Grade I, 16 Grade II and 11 Grade III."
