After leaving school in 1956, I joined the National Bank of India where I served for 13 years. In 1965 I married my wife Jyotsna. I came to UK in December 1970 and started working for Barclays Bank plc where my career lasted until my early retirement in 1992. I have a daughter Harshika, a mother of 2 who is a qualified accountant.

We are deeply saddened to say Babubhai Patel expired in 2017. May his soul rest in peace!
