It was proposed that we start organising events like a Golf afternoon followed by a meal with music etc. So we tried to get one off the ground with a few interested people who were Golf enthusiasts. The whole event was a moderate success. There were about 9 golfers who enjoyed their game after it stopped raining!!

Spouses and other members for a meal then joined them at the Sun and Sand. The 16 members enjoyed the food and Karaoke music and promised to let us know when they organise the next Golf event, which we could publicise more widely.
