I started at Eastleigh in 1986 in class 1C. I was placed in Zambezi House in Inter House competitions. School was great fun. Apart from learning, I enjoyed most playing football, cheering our great Basketball and Volleyball teams and eating Bhajia and Mandazi during break time. Of course there was the dreaded visit to Command Room (Prefects Room). After finishing form 4, I joined University of Nairobi in 1990 to pursue a course in Land Economics.

Since graduation in 1995, I have accumulated over eighteen years’ experience in Agency and Negotiations (Site Acquisition, Sales and Leasing), Property Management, Project Finance, Project Development and Assets Valuation while at Metrocosmo Valuers Limited, Lloyd Masika, Tysons Limited, CB Richard Ellis and Ark Consultants Limited (2004 to date). I played a key role in the development of Nanyuki Mall a landmark retail centre in Nanyuki Town and am the Project Manager of Mt. Kenya Holiday Homes a large ongoing mixed use development in Naru moru Nyeri County.

I am a Registered Valuer & Property Manager Practising at Ark Consultants Limited (www.arkconsultantsltd.com) where I am a founding shareholder/Director. I have been a past Chairman of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), a member of the Board of National Housing Corporation and currently I am the Chairman of Superior Homes and Nairobi Swimming Association.

I am married with 3 Children and we live in Nairobi at present.
